Voltlin is headquartered out of Dallas, Texas (USA). Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a physical location or storefront. 

Ordering & Payments

We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You can even make payments via Amazon Checkout so you never have to share your credit card information with us.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page which will contain your order ID number. This information will also be emailed to you. This email may take up to 30 minutes to be received in your inbox, please check your spam folder to ensure your confirmation email hasn't been sent there instead.

Once your order has been processed and completed, our team will send you a second confirmation email to let you know when your order has been shipped!

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

We are not responsible for any international customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may receive customs fees when they arrive in your country. Shipping & Delivery

Our website will automatically figure the cost of shipping which is based on your order's weight, destination, and speed of delivery. You can specify your shipping method at checkout.

Yes! We ship internationally and our website will automatically figure the shipping costs when you place your order. Please note shipping costs do not include any customs duty, tax or tariffs you may incur in your country. We do not have any customs, tax or tariff information. You will have to inquire within your country for this data.

We ship Voltlin products from our warehouse-based location in Dallas, Texas (USA) and from our partnered suppliers, which are located all around the world. Visit our Shipping Information page to learn more.

Unfortunately we don't. Due to some dishonest people, we had to create a policy in which we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.  This also includes UPS suite numbers.

Since we ship from different parts of the world and the United States, some items might arrive earlier than others. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 15-day No-Risk Money-Back Guarantee.  You may return any item purchased from our website if you're not 100% satisfied for an EXCHANGE or REFUND within 15 days from the time you receive your order.

Other

The gemstones and crystals we sell are natural and come from the Earth. Due to this, the size, color and pattern (striations, mixing of colors, rutiles etc.) will vary from piece to piece. However, the slight variance in your prodcut will in no way comprise the energy and quality of your piece.

Each product should have their own measurements and sizing for you to compare yourself against. This is typically located on the product page. If none are available, please Contact Us and we can get them for you!

Nothing lasts forever, but thankfully we offer free mending and repairs on all certified Voltlin beaded jewelry!
