Return / Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Return Policy. You may return any item purchased from our website for an EXCHANGE or REFUND within 30 days from the time you receive your order. *Terms and conditions apply.

*Terms & Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable & customer is responsible for paying return shipping. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Steps:

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to initiate your return or exchange and enter the required information.
  2. If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package.
  3. Drop your return package off at the authorized courier, and we'll take care of the rest!
  4. We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or your exchange will be issued.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Most orders are processed within 6 - 8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@voltlin.com within 24 hours. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items should be reported to support@voltlin.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
