I've only received part of my shipment, where are my other items?

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, some items in your order may be shipped to you directly from the designer and arrive in their packaging. Because we ship from different parts of the world, some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please visit our Order Tracking page or you can Contact Us and we'll get back within 24 hours.

Will I be charged taxes, duties, or customs fees?

Please note shipping costs do not include any customs duty, tax or tariffs you may incur in your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
