Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to almost every country around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Our website will automatically figure the cost of shipping which is based on your order's weight, destination, and speed of delivery. You can specify your shipping method at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?

What is order processing time?
Order processing time is the time it takes to fulfill and ship the items in your order from the time you initially purchased it. This is typically between 1 - 4 days depending on the supplier.
Where do you ship from?
We ship Voltlin products from our warehouse-based location in Dallas, Texas (USA) and from our supplier and fulfillment warehouses located all around the world. More information about shipping can be found on product pages.

I've only received part of my shipment, where are my other items?
Since we ship from different parts of the world and the United States, some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please visit our Order Tracking page or you can email your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back with your shortly.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, due to some dishonest people in the world, we had to create a policy in which we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. This also includes UPS suite numbers.
Will I be charged taxes, duties, or customs fees?
Please note shipping costs do not include any customs duty, tax or tariffs you may incur in your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
