Photographer / Videographer

As the Multimedia Specialist (Photographer and Videographer), you are a contagious collaborator who probably lives to create content that connects with the audience’s heart, mind & soul, no differently than a conductor directing their symphony. By utilizing videography, photography and other creative elements, you can help bring vision to life. You make the simple stories extravagant stories. The phrase “that’s not my job!” is not in your vocabulary – you are excited to tackle new projects! You have the ability to use multiple tools to perfectly express who we are, what we do and why we are the best. You never settle for mediocrity and strive for perfection in every masterpiece you create!

Our Ideal Candidate

• Passionate video curator, from ideation, to shooting, directing and editing.
• Ability to plan photo and video shoots, and direct models/actors to capture high impact content, while remaining flexible enough to welcome suggestions and direction.
• Creative that can interpret a vision and tell a meaningful story – our story!
• Great understanding of brand voice and guidelines and capturing it through photos/videos.
• Captivating portfolio showing off photography and videography skill.
• Weekend availability as needed (mainly during summer months).
• Lifelong learner who is constantly seeking out ways to stay at the top of your game and up to date with trends!

Digital Marketing Specialist

In this role, the candidate will be expected to plan, execute, and monitor all digital-based marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, webpage, SEO, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, and client reviews. In addition, utilize analytical ability to report performance of digital efforts and assess against goals for key performance indicators. This candidate will also be expected to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and any other marketing efforts to directly benefit the VOLTLIN.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Self-motivated
• At least 2 years’ experience managing a Google Ad or PPC campaign with proven results
• Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing advertising, social media, SEO, and email campaigns
• Experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns to engage and convert leads
• Working knowledge of webpage design and management
• Experience creating original digital content (Adobe suite, Video Editing, etc.)
• Ability to measure and report performance of digital marketing
