Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Return Policy. You may return any item purchased from our website for an EXCHANGE or REFUND within 30 days from the time you receive your order. *Terms and conditions apply.

  • All returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for returning items.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products above $100 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Email support@voltlin.com and provide your name, e-mail, or order number along with a description of the items you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, please return the items via your preferred method. Please include your order number in the return package to expedite the process.
  3. When we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Any credits will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Order Cancellation

Most orders are processed within 6-12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@voltlin.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Damaged items should be reported to support@voltlin.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right. 

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders.
